I pay for installs!!!

I am offering 10 cents per install but minimum amount is 10k a week. I am requesting this cause personally I dont want to pay out people less then 500$ a week. So if your interested please pm me on aim or skype. Simple enough the more installs the higher rate I will give someone. So if you tell me you can do 100k a week guess what im cool with 50cents a install..
