I think no body can guarantee about your certain Pr may be they can guarantee about your Pr but the o i have doubt BTW how much you can spend for your site to egt pr-2?

No Apart from this page rank can be made through good seo work but can't be guaranteed about the PR o ,it may be 1 or 2 or 3 anything.

By doing update to the site and good content, is not enough to achieve high PR. Most important one to get high PR is to do link building.

Alec is right for page rank content is not everything you have to get good no of back links and search engine ,directory submissions like stuffs.BTW Alec which site you want to increase Pr and what is your budget.

well if you can't share your budget you can tell your site uRL here or not?i think by telling your site URL it will not be any problem?And what is your current Alexa rank?

well if you can't share your budget you can tell your site uRL here or not?i think by telling your site URL it will not be any problem?And what is your current Alexa rank?
I don't have the site yet, this is a new project, but will be started in next few week or month, because I'm quite busy right now.

This is really surprising that one person has no site but before starting a site he is asking for link building and PR-2 ,pl dont take me in wrong sense ,but better to start a site and get it placed ins search engine and post some articles or whatever your site based on then SEO specialists can make their work easily.

Anyway, I bought some high PR site list from another forum, I think I can get at least PR1 with that sites. It's about link building after all

You bought it?i think you could easily get from google search itself ,but yes if you keep on link exchanging your site will get pR-1 atleast in next update.

You bought it?i think you could easily get from google search itself ,but yes if you keep on link exchanging your site will get pR-1 atleast in next update.
I already search on google, and what I bought is very good, it has list of PR 5-9 sites (80+ sites in total) AND a tutorial about how to make our link stay there forever as anchor text. It does better than you can search on google.
Usually, high PR sites ask you to pay if you want to put your link in anchor text. but I can do this freely.
