Auto-updating script maybe based on rss content

Hello,
I'm looking for any internesting auto-updating script for make a website based on it. Maybe any script based on RSS content downloaded from other sites as quote? I wanna use this script to SEO, it helps in positioning.

By Auto-updating script I mean script that updating by himself, without my work.
Blog or site it doesn't matter for me rather, I saw few addons to WordPress like that script, but for normal site not so much interesing.
Hmm, any news/article from other site as quote or something.
