There is no more details given here and it is also the most common fee structure for hosting and without seeing other features one cannot take any decision on going for this site
How about the speed? The quality host's connection to the internet? It's not only the price that is taking into consideration.. How reliable is that?

I am not seeing any link for joining in the site. Is it the problem of my browser or lack of information by the thread starter? I can't say if $1 per month is cheap as some free hosting offer good services than some paid hosting.
