Thanks a lot for sharing this site. I have gone through the site and found that - there earning money is not that easy. we have to be in the blogger leaderboard in order to get paid. To active this position we need to work so hard.. and also person should have some time so that he/she can give the best. PErfect job for the house wife..

Alec is right they are using leader board to pay and it is very difficult but the reward is good,here is details
We have a Leaderboard-based model that is easy to understand, administer and is directly tied to performance. Much like the reward system used by the PGA Tour, everyone starts with an equal chance, the top performers make the cut, and everyone knows what they stand to receive.

You need to be very active to get good ranking in their leaderboard, and thus get paid good amount. It is like a blog networking where you will be paid if you are able to generate more impressions while making some of the top stories..like digg works. More famous your blog in their blogosphere, more rewards.

There are only total of 100 spot for us to compete in the leaderboard. I think to be able to make ourself into that spot, is not an easy works, imagine there 10,000 members compete with this 100 spot, most probrably we will lose and our efforts to them is just waste in this way. Unless we giving whole times for them.

well it i snot an easy job for those who search for earning ,those writers write for their name and honour they can freely write for long until they reach the position.

Oh thats a though competition we must undergo in this site. Well I guess new blogger wont stand a chance to be on that top 100.

so this is the way it all goes.As i have not joined there and looking at the ranking of the top people there it will have to give atleast 5hrs of the day for this single website.I don't think a person like who is doing daily job can spend that much time in it.
