Hi friends i have seen many sites announcing that earn from turn key websites,actually what is this and how to earn from it any idea?

Dear debasis- I don't think they can make thousands of dollar.. is it really possible through those sites? I have some dout about it...

arey i didn't mean that i just give an example to Tom that he might be seen in many ads earn 1000 of dollar everyday from niche or turnkey sites that only otherwise i strongly oppose this type of sites and hate to surf these kinds of sites.
