What is adwords voucher? is this voucher allows us to give adwords advertisement with google. How can you produce such vouchers with a software? I think it is totally illegal and I am not going to take this as I can't understand it fully.

With Google Adwords you can promote your site(put it on adsense) and get a lot of visitors.

Software will find you all free voucher on the net and give you links where you can get it,It will not produce you vouchers.And it's totally legal.
