The most important thing is they support ASP in some of their plans, and as you know there are very less such hosting companies which support ASP, so it's worth to try it. The cost of the plans are also reasonable.
BTW: May I know what they mean by "two-tier" commissions?

Most of the windows hosting are supporting ASP coding, so if this hosting site provides windows hosting, we can expect they are supporting ASP too. Well, their affiliate program is really providing high rates but selling domain and hosting is not an easy job.

ahh..i just wonder why i saw hosting ads on other sites so i know they just promote that hosting and if we buy from that. they can earn some comminsion from it.

Well if you are promoting them then it is ok.But as a hosting providers i think you should contact them and others before buying.There are many downtimes from them.I have personally seen this one.
