The process of arranging a website is called as website layout .
website skin is the outer look how its looks like..
you call it as website theme (theme of the movie )means on whats your website is based on

Website themes are generally referred to layouts, like we can select different themes from drop down menu of forum.myhyip.com. But I really don't know what's the difference between theme and layout.Quote:

For me it is same, no difference between both. It is actually a look. Color schemes. Which makes website with different looks.
