You can try paypopup.com which pays you 2$ for 1000 raw impressions... I mean to say that it accepts any kind of impressions.. once more thing i would like to add in order to accept your website you need atleast 200 impressions daily in your blog.. Then the minimum payout is 100$..Quote:

Well, everyone involved in CPM program will know that popup ads will pay more basically and of course those porn ads will also pay more. However, if you are doing those CPM, then you might not been accepted by adsense or adbrite
