I think all domain registrars are buying domains from ICAAN and selling them to people for around $10. So I think the original price must be some less than $5. So I wonder whether we(people) can buy domains directly from ICAAN instead of from domain registrars. If it's possible, then we can buy domains for very less rate excluding domain registrars profits/commissions.
