I thought wordpress is a site where we can create blogs like blogspot.com. But I read somewhere wordpress is a forum software. So I'm really confused about it.

Dear Lemon, you are right, wordpress.com is blog making site like blogspot.com, where you make your own blog. If you want tutorials for make your blog, and want some download, than you go to wordpress.org.
