not only this programme 70% legit sites are specially designed for the usa and canadian citizens.
it is not a good program for me and many others.it is only for members from USA.
even it is for people from USA i wonder if it is easy to get referals.
so can we non US get to use that card for free with out fees even though we don't earn by referral programs. hope there will be reply.
