how do you think that the page ranking of a site affects its traffic. how many people visit your site through the search engine and is search engine the best source of traffic for your site

Lots of questions there! Well, page rank is crucial to your position on some search engines (most importantly Google) but it is not considered to be important by other webmasters.

However, it is disliked whenever one's PR goes down whether the webmaster cares about PR or not.

Atlot, If you have a good page rank then are in the probables of listing your site in the top position of the search engine and so the chances of getting traffic to your site for the real content of what the user is looking for.

traffic is really affected by the ranking of the site, if you have good ranking then you can easily get a lots of traffic because of being at position of search engines :lol: :lol:

yah traffic is very important factor to decide the page ranking and which in turn affects our earnings.

the higher you page rank the more popular your page is ..so youll attract more traffic which will increase ur rank further

its like when you search via a search engine and go to the website(s) on first page only..!!so if you have a higher PR for a particular keyword then the visitors searching through that would be visiting your site positively :D

And moreover they are the natural visitor who were looking for the exact keyword that your site/blog has.

I thinks its like this: if you have good traffic your page rank will automatically increase. And similarly, if your page rank is higher, naturally the new search through that engine will lead the visitor to the front (first ) page who may in turn visit your site. This way if your page rank is higher the traffic is likely to increase.
