i am excited that today i have successfully downgraded my paypal account.

yup,you should contact them by clicking "contact" button to do that.and after one day you will receive an email from paypal.

No buddy, I have not done yet as my exam are on. But I am planning to do it soon and will post once done. I hope the service is fast in India as well.
