paypal is more popular and relaible then storm pay but paypal cannot accept payments in certain countries so you can use storm pay in these countries but paypal is used more than storm pay and is more popular
well i think i will want to use stormpay but the only thing the are not popular way of payment for most sites so that is why i stick with paypal. but i think when storm pay becomes popular as paypal they will to have higher fees
