Any new ones out there that pay?

well there are lots to choose from on this on those PPI. hope that you will find them. i have not joined. still looking for honest one.

What PPI site you've joined recently?
You can see at the main site of webmaster-money. There are few PPI sites you might want to join

also go to http://www.pay-per-install.com where is complete list of PPI programs.
