I am not sure whether we can use our own new ready made templates... But instead of using the default templates offered by blogger you can design your own templates and use them over there.... here is how you can create...Quote:

There are tons of free blogger templates you can use. You just copy the codes in the edit html section of your blog control panel (i think you need to revert to classic template before putting new template codes). You can also directly create your own template or edit the existing template either using html or css.
I dont think we can upload templates. But you can paste/edit the code on the html area.

That site may be working but the download button will be showing some error. So try other template download .
