according to me pay per clik programs are he best only if you are confident that you can have large no. of reffral under you, because the main earning from these program are from making reffrals
Oh, I never would have expected that to take the top prize. But I would have to disagree with you. I believe blogs still give the most income in my opinion because of the seemingly endless power a single user, the webmaster, has on it. Affiliate sales (mainly from Clickbank) are booming lately! :)
