If it has popularity then I will surely Buy it
Also depends on the 'style' of the name. Like something stylish for me, I'd buy :D
However if the domain is bad reputated then will you buy it !!!!
of course i wont buy bad reputated domain.
at least i wont buy it to build my professional website.
but if i want to use for something bad, maybe i'll buy it :)
well it is really okay to buy old domain. as long as they are really dirt cheap. and so that i will be able to practice using domain. and the most important thing i could improve that old domain.
