which is the safest with very low minimum payment

please tell me which is one is the safest with very low minium payment, not like paypal which has 155$ as mimium payment

Paypal is the best..

I guess you might be aware paypal money withdrawalto bank.. So better use that.. If your money is less than 7K then you will be charged just 50 Rs.. While when you withdraw 155 $ they will charge you 5 $ ... Comparatively think which one is good... Obiviously the 1st one

me think that for indians the withdraw by bank is the best as the minimum is 10$ to withdraw directly to bank
and only 50 rs. will be deducted so i think it is bearable and cool too...
not the check one as for that as nick,, said have to wait for 150 - 155$
