don't you think pay-per-install programs can cause nuisance?
whenever i visit any website and if there comes a pop-up it really irritates me..and if am not wrong pay-per-install programs do the same like they lead to pop-ups..don't you think they can reduce your traffic?

Yes, that's right. Easy money through these pop-up ads. Actually you can avoid pop-ups by using Google toolbar with a built-in pop-up blocker, or Yahoo. There are already many free pop-up blockers out there you can use!

yes it does get irritating and can slow down things...pop-up blockers should work and only a message saying a pop up has been blocked shud come up...but anyways u shud stick to the install only if it generates a decent amount of cash for u

Well but activeX is trouble, because they can install viruses or trojans, but popup-ads, most of the times show ads, and nothing more, but that doesn't release those that also install viruses and others.
