    Default I installed Joomla but don't know to create pages

    Today I installed Joomla CMS using fantastico installer in the free host freehostia.com. But after installation, I'm not able to understand how to create web pages using Joomla. Can anyone help me? Only I can see the following link in my filemanager after I installed Joomla. Does anyone know how to create web pages by using the following link?
