i think in order to estimate,we should know some basic parts about the site like domain and contents and the layout and keywords and finally the traffic.

There is nos cope to estimate no body can tell what will be your Pr in next update.

No body can guess or estimate his/her site's Pr ,i have seen many site's PR go down after next update ,so you can't say.

in my country i see many site of high pr as from 4 to 6 and even a blog can as high as 6.
most of them are Comprehensive sites.
some sites even do not have friendlinks to other site and they also have high pr.i think the owners of those site are good at seo.

actually when i saw one of my friend's site with all copy/pasted movie articles and pr of 2 i frustrated then i came to know that he manually exchanging his links with other sites it is not the proper way to judge the quality.
