Yes Paramita, spott is one of good link exchange site. suntuu, you need to signup with spott, and post their small banner in your blog or website.

I think Google adsens program and this spottt banner advertisement will not conflict with each other!! I'll definitely have a look at it, but before that anybody pl clear my doubt.
