Conversionads took all incentive advertisers from major pay per install programs like Loudmo and Pinball plus added some more. So you have under one place source for all PPIs. Its not same as those PPIs, they do not have content locker but you get simple banners which you place on your website and there is always some free application advertised so if user download that you get paid. Those are very highly converting offers. You give it for free, users do not have to pay anything and you get paid. Right now there is about 15 applications where you will be paid. Banners are also localized so its not all English but also German, French, Spanish or Italian. Based on what campaign you choose you get also paid. The highest offer I saw was €1.2 per install and its US FLV player download. Right now they pay via Moneybookers, AlertPay or bank wire. You can set minimum payment to €50.
