Where do sites register our domains?

We all request for domains but have you ever wondered where and how they actually register our domains?

they have their own domain directories just like other online directories and information is submitted to each site's personal directory..most of it is also submitted to "whois" if the domain is not kept private..!!

Dear TheDefier, I'm agree with byyp, all domain resellers have a list of domains, and I think they have also their personal directory.

Now a days lot of companies are offering domain registration plan . You can choose any one depending upon your needs and requirements.
Here i mentioned some of the procedure of domain registration
1) First you can check whether your domain name is available not or not.
2) If it is available Select the domain name you want to register
3)Then go to control panel by entering user name and password
4)Select the numbers of years you want to register
5)Enter information to register your ownership of the domain names
6)click on "continue"
7)Then again you can check over all information is correct or not. Like your technical ,administrativeand billing contacts etc.
8)Add web email or email forwarding and confirm that all the registration information is correct
9)Then again check and confirm your domain names is correct or not
10)Make payment by credit card
11)Use your browser's print button to print a receiptI have registered my domain name from this site 9cubehosting.com
