    Default From E-Bullion to E-Gold

I have done this many times via http://www.e-forexgold.com
They have been in this business for many years and they're reliable.
You fill out the E-metal exchange form on their website, then you'll make a spend to their e-bullion account and they'll fund your e-gold account within 24 hours. My account has always been funded on time. Their fee is 3%.
