Well, I'd like to find the best host for my needs.
Any XEN VPS hosting recommendations?
I'd like to say that Chicagovps.net is the one I am thinking to try.
Are they reliable?
Any comments on them?

They are known for providing hosting in US. But still recommend you to look at some alternatives.
Check out hostingsource.com as they offer nice XEN VPS hosting solutions.
Overall reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use, and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.
