Hi paramita if you want to add adsense then there is an option in your blogger control panel and you can easily add your ad code there and it will appear within the posts but there is no ready made option available to display any other ads but we can do this manually one case if you are using default classic template then we can do this but remember this will not work if you are using any fancy xml blogger theme it will work with only default classic templates...If you r using the default theme the reply here i will tell you how to do this work by showing some screen shots.
    Thanks.

As I know, there is no direct way to post bidvertiser code on each post. But you can post the direct code on every post manually and update them frequently.

isn't the easy way to show ads on every page is to add html/java script box in layout section and adding the bidvertiser code to it??? I used that always but never caused a problem before... even when I changed theme of the blog

Debasish, I am using blogger.com and as you suggested to add ads after every post, I have done it in that way. But the ad is coming after only the latest post, not after any other posts. Is this the way, how adsense codes are working?
