how to create torrent links? rapidshare to torrent link?

Friends, I have some files and vidoes which I want to create torrent and then upload the torrent link in torrent search sites. But I don't know how to do it. If you know how to create torrents, please help me. Also, please tell me if it's possible to convert rapidshare or hot files into torrent links.

its very easy.
you will have to use a software for creating the torrent file of the file(s) that you want to attach and then upload it easily.

That is utorrent. Download utorrent software from filehippo.com and go to file and click "Create torrent", there you browse and select the file you want to share. The next procedure particularly about url tracking is quite complicated but I'm trying my best to learn that.
