I have just checked it out, it is something like blog directory and will inform members of the site of any new post of our blog. It is a way to drive more traffics to our site. There are many similiar site out there, I will just add this in as another way to drive traffic. Thanks.

I have 1000+ list of sites like diggnow (social bookmarking)
So, If you want to gain PR with you blog or PR, you need to join social bookmarking sites as much as you can.
Not just in diggnow
