I am talking about the forum owner paying you through paypal some XYZ $ and they scam you on the same paypal account because they have your id and they have sent you the money. Maybe possible.

Well hackers are capable of doing anything.
Of you have not heard there are hacking / phising mails sent to you in the paypal which tell you that you have won a prize or there has been some update problem and they require your details to correct it. And when you click on the link they have given you will be directed to the page which they have created and once you enter your details thats all you have given them the official access to your account

Hehe that was just easy for hacker.... however it clearly mentioned in by Paypal that they don't sent any mails but still some members are not aware of that.

That is what is the problem nick. Paypal does send in e mails. I there is a transaction from a debit card or a new user they send you confirmation e mails and when you click on they ask for your password for confirmation. There is a way to recognise these e mails. When you move your mouse over the link you will clearly see www.paypal.com/so...on like that but phising e mails ar different, they will not have the original domain name that is how it can be recognised

Of course i know about pishing mail.
Pishing mail purpose is to know our password.
So, if you just click the link given on pishing mail, it's still okay.
Your acount will be hacked only if you fill your paypal id and password on that pishing site.

Anyway, try to give false information on pishing mail, and they still say that our account confirmed

Well usually webmasters won't scam you because most forum owners are here to make good business and not scam people.
