I need a VPS account and bare in mind two hosts - exmasters.com and hostsailor.com, these companies have attarctive VPS deals which can be suitable for my needs, so which host would you choose being in my place?

If oyu need a quality VPS, use it from digitalserver.com.mx, this company has provided them a lot on sweet terms.
Servers have no outages and prices are competitive.

If oyu need a quality VPS, have it from a2hosting.com or nodeserv.com.
Both hosts are respectable and have stable servers which are well-balanced.

Being in your place, the OP, I'd stick to hostsailor.com because they have solid servers, 99.99% uptime, active live chat support, Gig connection and many more.
Prices are lower than usal.
