what do you do to optimize your search engine ranking?like do any of you use professional services related to "search engine optimization"..if you have doubt about them i must say all the major website use them guys..and they are not that expensive..in fact they can raise your traffic many folds more than manual optimization..have you tried any such service..?if yes..which one..?

I was ignorant that there are a lot of paid SEO services in the site. first I though that the traffic gained from them will not be natural. But still, it is a very good idea.
