Yesterday I tried to submit they
For web sites that do not feature adult content or services, the Yahoo! Directory Submit service costs US$299 (nonrefundable) for each Directory listing that is submitted. Furthermore, for each listing accepted into the Directory, there is a recurring annual fee of US$299 to maintain the listing in the Directory for the subsequent year. For sites that include adult content or services, the nonrefundable initial fee is US$600 and the recurring annual fee is US$600.

ohh really? i have never tried submitting there. instead i tried to post on yahoo discussion boards. and google submission directories |

| well do you mean whe you submit it in yahoo directories. that your website or blog will be one among those list when some one try to search a topic related to you. 300 dollars is a big money. i think it is worth only when you are trying to advertise your busines. if not then it is not really worth to advertise it. |

It is totally free to submit your site to yahoo search engine and in fact every search engine. For yahoo, you just need to have a yahoo email account. Paid submission is provided for featured listings and not for submission only..  |

| they charge minimum and of course nominal charges for the registered persons . otherwise u can try in discussions and answers of yahooo |
