yup,you should contact them by clicking "contact" button to do that.and after one day you will receive an email from paypal. |

i hope you will have good luck.but the technical supports are in different countries so it is up to where you are living as well. |

well,i dont think it will take so long a time in your country.because it is paypal that reply their members quickly. |

No buddy, I have not done yet as my exam are on. But I am planning to do it soon and will post once done. I hope the service is fast in India as well. |
