About Paypal account not verified |

Hello, i have some questions:
With a paypal account not verified:
* Can you send money to other paypal account?
* If you can, how much money?
* how many times can you send money?
* Which minimum can you acumulate in your account no verified?
A verified paypal account require a credit card, virtual cards are valid to verify the account?
Please, help me. Thanks. |

| Talking husky-mails I just joined that program but didn't do anything as my referer informed me that its a scam. |

You can send money, but some sites like GoDaddy don't accept unverified accounts. Other than that the rest of the information you want is available on Paypal's official website at http://paypal.com Get the information straight from there; it's more reliable than getting it from others  |

| well actually if you are from my country. paypal usually don't allow those unverified members to use those services. so you have to verify your accont first before you can start using those. you can't accept payment and you can send payments too for unverified members. that is my experience |

| well you are really lucky to have paypal allow you to withdraw and send money with unverified account. i really don't know why paypal didnt allow us to do that too. well i have to read more about paypal service in my coutry |

I Guess indieover you are from India ...Those stats are for indian with unverified paypal account !!!
Does this limit changes from country to country ???  |

nope. i am from the philippines. well i had verifed already my paypal so that is why i am able to receive mnoey. but i am planning to close my premier and use personal account soon so there will be no charges. but i really don't know if i can use the atm account that i haev used in premier and used that also in my personal account after closing the premier account. |

there is no way you can't find information about your question.
maybe you're too lazy to search information in paypal.
if they dont put information in their site, how would we know?
btw, about VCC, you can't find information about VCC in paypal, because it is illegal to verify paypal using VCC. |

you can send money to other paypal account .
the money you can send based on your country, I think . for me , the sending limited is $500 in total .
and withdraw limit is $2500 .
for more information, you have to check the term in your country . |

what program are you referring to that is a scam. i don't think that paypal is a scam. but i don't know about VCC. seems to me a legal one as i have read in other post. no one seem to say that is a scam yet. |

VCC is legal to be used,but its not allowed to be used to verify paypal. |

| some sites want you to have a verified account with paypal. i have one verified and one not. they oth were but i have been having issues with paypal lately. i know alot of ptc sites are having issues with them as well. i have always got my money though when i request to withdraw. i have never had any come up missing either. they are a great place to use but sometimes they add fees to things that are jsut crazy. |
