You can use backlinks to promote your site effectively. Backlinks are the links in different websites that direct the visitors automatically to your web directory if they click on them.Backlinks decide the ranking of your page or website based on its quantity and its quantity. |

| Backlinks can bring in a lot of traffic if you utilize them correctly. Just by having one backlink in a top blog's article will bring in a flood of traffic to your site! |

Backlinks - For a site to be famous you need backlinks
to get the backlink submit your content to as many directories as possible, plus do social bookmarking of every post, article submission and try to post comments in blogs. I heard this all today in a post by webmoney, the admin here  |

I agree with your point nick.... That social bookmarking websites are the best methods to increase backlinks to a blog... |

Back linking is also considered good by various search engine like google and yahoo and many more, as it provides easier tracking of your sites..but, too much back links should always be avoided as it can be considered spamming search engines and is not considered search engine friendly. You can have upto 20 back links safely..  |

since we are newbies as a webmaster we can share our experiences of traffic in this topic,i also have a new site and there is no traffic to my site.
but i dislike back links.for it is no good to me. |

what are those social bookmarking that you are referring to. i am just new to back links. cause i have tried it just this week. but i have not done any socail bookmarks yet. |
