yes it has limitations, its only limited to US citizens only.
The offer was great, I was signing up for it. But I didn't because I am from India  |

| yes,i am a member there and i have used them twice to send money for the gifts to my pals..i haven't used there affiliate program though as it was just launched at that time when i opted for it..but i prefer using it without affiliate program joining as i have my personal account with them...and yes..they are just like paypal and have been approved by US govt. |

| I have heard about it but it's not much a success I guess this days. The problem why I dont rely on mobile banking is mobiles are less secure and information can be leaked very easily. |

| I heard about m-commerce , where you pay from your mobile phone for shopping. obopay site is good, but only for US citizen. |
