it is hard to say this to be a scaming site.because the pay rate it much low so admin wont feel hard to make payout.
but members wont be satisfied with that.

with such low payout of 20 cents no ptc site can survive as it has to process money everytime.more than 50% of ptc don't survive more than month as offrers made by them virtually kill the sites.

the minimum is low but referral commissions is useless 1 % and 2 % ,, something make you never reach payout !
