Hi guys, i want to start making a website. I come across a webhosting service. Their rate is as follows:

Note $1 = Rp. 9.500
Domain registration (for .com, .net, .org) : Rp. 100.000 (tax included)
Hosting plan Basic : (per month)
- Rp. 5.000 : Space = 15 Mb / Bandwidth = 1 GB/month
- Rp. 10.000 : 30 MB/2 GB
- Rp. 20.000 : 60 MB/4 GB
- Rp. 50.000 : 150 MB/8 GB
Plan Pro :
- Rp. 100.000 : 400 MB/15 GB
etc.

All hosting plans including as follows :
- no setup/upgrade fee
- web email, pop3 email, mailing list, email autoreply, email forwarding, email blocking, anti spam, MX modification
- Unlimited MySQL database, SQL maintenance, phpMyAdmin
- PHP, SSI, CGI, Front Page Extensions, Cron Jobs
- web protection, backup, error pages, SE submission, File Manager, FTP Manager, Index Manager, MIME Types
- Free scripts : shopping cart, guestbooks, chatroom, counter, clock, CGI Email, SE, Form Mail, php-nuke, invisionboard, oscommerce, phpBB

What do you think about the price? Is it cheap or not?

and as jagan told about that site
i also found the rates are very reasonable
But will they properly host it or not that is the main prolem i am thinking of...

But you can try it alkuho as really the rates are cheap
That is hardly 1$ permonth...

Thanks Jagan & Smith for sharing your info. Yes I think that is cheap. However i don't know how to pay in India since I am in Indonesia. The hosting I posted here was Indonesian so I can pay it directly using my bank account / ATM which simplify the process of registering and renewing in the future.

well i think it is really cheap to pay that every month. i really just don't know the purpose of webhosting though. i htink it is really worth to pay that much. if there are much cheaper webhosting then it wil be really better.

i think this hosting plan is just for local country.
another country will load slowly when they want to visit the site.
anyway, bandwidth price is still expensive on Indonesia.

Well I think the plan is pretty cheap considering all the features they are providing. In addition to that if the site is local the traffic you will be getting can access the site with much ease.

I would honestly say that you would be better "shopping around" because thats not that great of a price

I looked back after i posted the other day and I couldn't find the ones that use to be cheaper they have been deactivated, so i would say go with this one!
