What do you mean by downgrading your account ? Do you want to convert your premier account to personal or something ? Is that what you mean ?
If that is the case, I have not tried to do that so I cannot say if paypal has technical issues. But paypal has been giving problems to customers a lot recently. |

| Well I think instead of waiting for some time you better keep in touch with paypal people. Recently paypal is acting weird. It limited my account access for no reason and then suddenly restored it after 2 months. Even I have no idea of what paypal is upto these days. You better stay in touch wiht them to downgrade your accout quickly. |

i though paypal not allowed downgrade.
maybe you need strong reason to downgrade your account.
or maybe the one who answered your support ticket is different from before. |

| Well even I was planning to make my account into a personal one. But I do not know if we can do it more than once. I think as this will be my first time I better contact paypal first. |
