no one can be sure of that ..
there are many scammers , but i know some people who sell legit ones . |

| Dear nick, if you have not any credit card, now you have to need a virtual credit card, many of international companies are issued VCC. Please go for any good and reliable company for paypal verification. card444 is one of good option for get VCC, but I don't know more about this company. |

You can buy VCC for 6$ LR with WTH admin, here is the thread :

I have one question, suppose if we verified our paypal with VCC, then after a few days suppose I got physical credit card from my bank, can I again verify my account with the physical credit card? Or else can I get the same vcc credit card number in my physical credit card? |

Dear lemon, can you are sure that admin of WTH issuing VCC for only 6$?
When you get physical credit card, than you are able to update your Paypal account, that is no problem. |

Well he is not the admin of WTH who was selling it. The admin is someone else and he is not selling. |
