but there are so many members saying that anyone can have unverified account and withdraw money without any problem but with some limits . |
well i have read that too. but i can't do that in my account. i wonder from what country are those people who are able to do that . well i really think that verifying is really important. |
yes , i agree with you that verifying is very important and also allows you to spend and recieve without any limits . |

When I was about to verify my credit card they said that they would charge 1.95 $ from my cerdit card and then we are supposed to write the four digit code which appears on the CC monthly statement. After that the verification process is complete and they pay you 1.95 $ in your paypal account. |

well frnds i m on my studies abroad......n got jst passport ,visa n my ICICI travel card(visa electron)....i also ve bank accnt here....i gt no credit card...i gt registered in a flat for temporary....bt no proper document for address...
soon i m gonna reach min payment in 1 of my ptc.....n gonna claim it...
so wat kinda documents i gotta prepare to receive ma payment via paypal n hw wud it effect my payment if the accnt is nt verified... |

there is no need to prepare any documents or what so ever, you just need to add your bank account in paypal and withdraw the money, you can even request a check from them.  |

I don't know about Russia but it is possible for India. The bank doesn't charges any commission. PayPal charges 50 INR for every transaction for withdrawing to bank.
You will need to add your bank there, the following information will be required -
1- Account Number.
2- Account Name(surname must be same as per the account)
3- Bank's IFSC code. (Details are present there how to find it out)
It is very easy to add the account. |

yes you can withdraw your money to your dad's bank account in India.
The fees is same for all the amount below 7000 INR. From 7000, the withdrawal is free.
They charge 50 INR for every withdrawal. |

well that is really true. that we need only debit card and not bother adding a credit card if you don't have one. but i have read that all debit cards are really accepted by paypal. well anyways, i have no trouble getting a debit card for my paypal account. |
you will not be able to verify your paypal account with your debit card if you are from India. So try to manage a credit card and make attempt to verify the account. Good Luck!! |

Well yeah, I don't think any other company will provide the money back if the details are wrong, this is a very good step by PayPal. |

using virtual credit card for paypal verification is risky as if you get caught by Paypal, your account will get limited. |
